Setup instructions
1) Start by fully kneeling on the floor. Keep the chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift your arms up towards the ceiling.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, gently lower back down to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
