Foam Roller Side Lying Windmill

1) Start by lying on your left side and rest your right leg on the foam roller in front of you. Extend your arms in front and bring your hands together (right hand on top).
1) Keep the arms straight and push your right hand forward until it reaches the floor.
2) In an arc-like motion, keep your hand on the floor and lift your arm over and behind you. This will cause you to twist your trunk.
3) Once your arms are parallel and facing the opposite direction, lift the arm across your body so you end up at the starting position.
