Quad Stretch

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with legs shoulder width apart and a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

Perform instructions

1) Shift the weight to your left leg and let the right hover of the ground slightly.

2) Lift your right leg up and grab the ankle. Hold your leg behind you - keep your knees close together.

3) Hold in place until the timer ends.
