Setup instructions

1) Place the foam roller horizontally on the floor.

2) Get on all fours so the roller is directly under your stomach.

Perform instructions

1) Lower yourself to the floor and come onto your forearms.

2) Edge forward and allow your hips to lay flat on the floor - your legs should be lifted slightly.

3) Hold until the end of the timer.
