Setup instructions

1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, chest up and core tight.

2) Step both feet on the band and grab the handles with an over hand grip.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your shoulders upwards, pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.

2) Repeat.
