Dumbbell Bicep Curl Twisting Neutral to Supinated Grip

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.

2) Grab the dumbbells with a firm grip. Face the palms inwards (hammer/neutral grip).
Keep the elbows tucked into your sides.

3) Rotate the palms up as you curl the weight to top of the range. Ensure the twist movement is fluid.

Perform instructions

1) As the dumbbells reach the top ensure the grip is supinated

2) Pause & squeeze bicep at the top then slowly lower to the starting neutral position.

3) Repeat for required reps.
