Assisted Neutral Grip Pull Ups using Band Resistance

Setup instructions

1) Set up using the appropriate resistance band firmly attached to the high cross bar on a squat rack

2) Grab the bar - palms inwards in a neutral or hammer grip. Place your foot (easier) or shin (harder) through the resistance band

3) Fully extend your arms and you should be in the dead hang position.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull yourself up so the bars at chin level.

2) Pause for a second, then slowly lower yourself to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
