Medicine Kneeling Press Out
- Medicine Ball
1) Kneel down by placing both shins on the floor - keep the chest up, core tight back flat and head neutral.
2) Start with the ball close to your body and in front of your chest.
1) Push the ball away from you - make sure to maintain the same height and have a slight bend in the elbows at the endpoint. The further you push out, the harder you have to work.
2) Pull the ball back to your chest (the starting position).
