Leaning Tricep Stretch

1) Start with the bench in front of you and rest your elbows securely on top. The bend in your elbows should be just in front of the crown of your head.
2) Keep the elbows in place and lower your body to the floor.
1) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
Note: to emphasise the stretch, dip your body lower to the ground.
