Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight and attach the bar to the end.

2) Face the anchor and take a few steps back. Squat down - hinge forward from the hips, bend your knees and push the tailbone back. Rest your elbows on your thighs.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull your hands towards your shoulders.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, reverse the movements to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
