Cable Laying/Floor Upright Row with Rope

Setup instructions
1) Start with a low anchor point on one side of the cable machine.
2) Load the appropriate weight and attach the rope to the end.
3) Lie on the floor with your feet facing the anchor.
Perform instructions
1) Raise your elbows up and out - keep the bar close to your body.
2) Once you hit chest level, pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
