Foam Roller Lengthwise Thoracic Mobility

1) Place the foam roller length-wise on the floor and sit in front of it (the end should be touching the lower back). Keep your feet firmly on the floor (knees should be pointing up).
1) Gently lay your upper back on the foam roller (the tailbone should still be in contact with the floor).
2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
