Bird Dog (Legs Only)

Setup instructions

1) Get on all fours with your shins and hands shoulder width apart. Try keep the back flat and hands directly under your chest.

Perform instructions

1) Raise your right leg up towards the ceiling - extend your leg behind you.

2) Pause at the top, now bring your leg back down to the floor.

3) Repeat on the other side.
