Setup instructions
1) Get on all fours with your shins and hands shoulder width apart.
Hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
2) Try keep the back flat.
Perform instructions
1) Raise your right foot & extend your leg behind you.
2) Pause at full extension & squeeze the glute, now bring your shin back down to the floor.
Try not to over extend the lower back.
3) Repeat on the other side then for required reps.
