Setup instructions

1) Start by lying on your back and plant the feet on the floor.

2) Grab the dumbbells, bend your elbows and hold them vertically - keep the elbows tucked into the sides. You're aiming for the dumbbells to be around the top chest area.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your arms towards the ceiling. The endpoint should be the arms extended with a slight bend in the elbows.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the triceps. Now, gently lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
