Quantum Trainer Landmine Plank Rotations

Setup instructions

1) Add the landmine to the Quantum Trainer Arm

2) Set up in a high plank position so the hands are directly below the shoulders.
Toes around hip width

3) Grab the landmine on one side of the body.
Ensure back & neck are straight & the core is braced tightly

Perform instructions

1) Holding a strong plank position slowly rotate the landmine in a big arc until the arm is vertical above the body.
Simultaneously rotate the torso and drop the heels to the opposite side

2) Pause & stabilise at end of range then slowly bring your arm back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
