Quantum Trainer Standing Chest Row with Rope

Setup instructions

1) Attach the rope attachment to the Quantum Trainer Arm.

2) Set the arm high to allow full extension of arms and stand in front of it.

3) Grab the rope with an overhand grip & extend the arms.

Perform instructions

1) Brace the core & draw the centre of the rope attachment towards the chest..

2) Pull the elbows down and back squeezing the shoulder blades together.

3) Pause and squeeze then return slowly to the start position

4) Repeat for required reps.
