Poliquin Step Up Low Step with Heel Raise

Setup instructions
1) Start with your right foot on the step and the other on the floor.
2) Elevate the right heel as high as possible - this can be done with a plate or a dumbbell handle
Perform instructions
1) Drive up through your right foot to standing - press into the balls of your feet.
2) Pause for a second at the top. Slowly lower yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side.
