Poliquin Step Up

Setup instructions
1) Start with your right foot on the step and the other on the floor.
2) Elevate the right heel as high as possible - this can be done with a plate.
Perform instructions
1) Drive up through your right foot to standing - press into the balls of your feet.
2) Pause for a second at the top. Slowly lower yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side.
