Overhead Tricep Stretch

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Reach your right arm behind your back. Now, place your left hand on the right elbow - you'll feel this in your triceps.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
Note: push your right elbow down to emphasise the stretch.
