Quantum Trainer Pronated Grip Bent Over Row

Setup instructions
1) Add the pronated handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms
2) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
Hinge forward from the hips, keep the back flat and have a slight bend in the knees.
3) Grab the handles with an overhand grip. Let them hang towards the floor - directly under your shoulders.
Re-check back & shoulder posture to avoid rounding.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull towards your belly button and squeeze the elbows back/down & the shoulder blades together.
2) Pause & squeeze at end of range then slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
