Mini Band Floor Slide

Setup instructions

1) Start by placing your arms through the mini band - rest it around your wrists. Spread your arms out slightly to keep the band in place.

2) Lie on the floor and rest on your forearms.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the left arm in place and reach your right arm in front.

2) Pause for a second. Now retract your arm back to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side.
