Setup instructions
1) Place a step box, weight plate or low platform on the floor (if outdoor you can use a curb)
2) Place the ball of one foot on the step, you can use the other toe to balance but keep the weight in the stretching leg
Perform instructions
1) Press the heel of the foot towards the floor until you feel a stretch in the calf muscle
2) Hold until the end of the timer then change legs
