Training has always been more than just the aesthetics to me. I’ve always had the perception that feeling physically strong is great; but feeling mentally strong is a whole other ball game.
I know things can be challenging but it’s all a part of the journey and that journey is called growth.
I now have the opportunity to show others what they are capable of, both mentally and physically.
I am able to help others to embrace who they are and prove that strength comes from within. “You shouldn’t be chasing the way that you look, instead, you should be chasing the way that you feel.”
Living a healthy lifestyle is not a quick fix, not form of progress is linear. But, something worth it never comes easy.
With my knowledge, I will help you to reach those goals and beyond; ensure that you remain consistent and I will push you to your limits – by providing correct training techniques and nutrition advice, which will be specifically tailored to yourself and your goals.
It will not be easy and there are no shortcuts but “life begins outside of your comfort zone.”
