Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up and feet shoulder-width apart. Relax the shoulders and let the arms hang by your waist.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your shoulders up and over in a circular clockwise motion.

2) Now, carry on the movement in an anti-clockwise motion.
