1) Start with the BOSU dome side up and lay on it with your stomach - extend your legs back behind.
2) Place your hands behind your head. You're aiming for a straight line between your back, head and neck.
1) Lift your chest up towards the ceiling - you'll feel this in your lower back.
2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower yourself to the starting position.
