Setup instructions

1) Start with the BOSU dome side up and lay your back on it - the upper back should be resting on the floor with your glutes resting on top of the dome. Plant your feet flat on the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your right knee towards your chest.

2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
