Standing Tricep Pushdown Cable Pronated grip EZ bar

Setup instructions
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the EZ bar attached to the end.
2) Face the anchor and stay close to it, hinge forward slightly from the hips, keep back straight.
3) Keep the elbows tucked into your sides throughout the exercise.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arms so they're fully straight. The only movement should come from your forearms.
2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze the triceps.
Slowly reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
