Setup instructions

1) Sit on the machine and adjust the seat so that your upper arms are parallel to the ground when you grip the handles.

2) Select an appropriate weight.

3) Your feet should be flat on the floor or on the designated footrest.

Perform instructions

1) Hold the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing down).
Keep your elbows close to your body.
Begin with your elbows bent at about 90 degrees.

2) Press down on the handles by extending your arms fully, engaging your triceps.

3) Return slowly to the Start Position.

4) Repeat for required reps
