Cable High Bicep Curl
- Cable Machine
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight.
2) Stand side-on towards the anchor. Grab the handle with your inside arm (face the palm towards the ceiling).
3) Step out so your arm is fully extended.
1) Keep your tricep in place and pull the handle towards you.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.
