Cable Bicep Curl
- Cable Machine
1) Start with a low anchor point on both sides of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight.
2) Grab the handles and take a step forward (about a foot or 2). Your arms should be extended behind you with your chest up.
1) Slowly pull your hands towards your shoulders.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.
