Resistance Band Upward Fly (Low Anchored)

Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point and attach the resistance band to it.

2) Grab the band with your right hand and face in the opposite direction. Walk a few steps forward (so you have some tension).

3) Step to your left. You're aiming for the anchor to be aligned with your right arm.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arm straight as you pull the band up and across your body.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the chest. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
