Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with no attachment or the handle attached to the end.

2) Stand side on to the anchor and grab the end of the cable/handle.

3) Stand in a moderately wide stance. Keep your knees soft, back flat, chest up and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the cable down and across your body - this will cause a rotation in your trunk.

2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the core. Now, reverse the movement in a controlled manner back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps and change sides.
