Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with no attachment or the handle attached to the end.

2) Stand side on to the anchor and grab the end of the cable/handle.

3) Stand in a moderately wide stance. Keep your knees soft, back flat, chest up and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the cable down and across your body - this will cause a rotation in your trunk. At the same time pivot both feet in the opposite direction.

2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the core. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps and change sides.
