- Cable Machine
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.
2) Grab the handle and face the anchor. Step your left leg behind and raise your heel - keep your knees soft, back flat, chest up and core tight.
1) Pull the cable down and across your body - this will cause a rotation in your trunk. At the same time pivot both feet in the opposite direction.
2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the core. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
