Resistance Band Kneeling Up & Over
- Resistance Bands
1) Create an anchor by putting both knees through the band and kneeling down.
2) Twist the top of the band and place both hands through (it should wrap around your thumbs and the outside of your hands).
3) Start with your hands in front of the right side of your chest.
1) Slowly raise your arms up towards the ceiling.
2) Once the arms are fully extended, lower them to the other side.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
