BOSU Ankle Tap

Setup instructions

1) Start with the BOSU flat side up and step on it with your right foot - the left should be hovering off the flat surface.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lift your left leg away from you to the side.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
