Lat Pulldown (Reverse Grip)

1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.
2) Sit tall on the seat and plant the feet on the floor. Place your thighs under the leg pad to keep them in place - adjust if needed.
3) Grab the handles with palms facing you.
1) Slowly pull towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
2) Pause for a second and bring your arms back to the starting position.
