Setup instructions
1) Start with the BOSU flat side up and step on top - hold the plate on your left side.
Perform instructions
1) Move the weight around your head in a clockwise motion - try keep it parallel.
2) Now, move the weight in an anticlockwise motion.
3) Repeat.
