Cable Lat Pulldown (One Arm)

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the rope attached to the end.
2) Place a bench in front of the anchor (about a foot or 2), sit upright and grab the rope.
1) Slowly pull the rope towards you.
2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.
