Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.

2) Place a bench in front of the anchor (about a foot or 2), sit upright and grab the handle.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull the handle towards you.

2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
