Standing Single Arm Row Low to High Cable

Setup instructions

1) Set the Cable at the bottom and attach a handle.

2) Stand tall in front of the cable with a split stance. Working side leg back.

3) Keep your hips pointing forward & your chest up and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Grab the handle ensuring the weight is lifted off the stack

2) Keeping shoulders pinned down draw the hand into the waist/ribs

3) Pause and squeeze at end of range without twisting.

4) Repeat for required reps
