- Cable Machine
1) Start with a mid anchor point on both sides of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handles attached to the end.
2) Hold each handle and lift your elbows up. You're aiming for a straight line between your hands, elbows and chest.
1) Slowly extend your arms out in front.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the chest together. Now, slowly reverse the movement back to the starting position.
