Foam Roller Shin Release
- Foam Roller
1) Start on all fours with the roller resting in between your ankles and the top of your feet. Have your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
1) Shift the weight to your hands and lift your knees up.
2) Push yourself back and allow the foam roller to roll against your shins. Now, pull yourself forward so the roller returns to the starting position.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
