Stability Ball Wall Shoulder (Circle)
- Stability Ball
1) Stand a foot or 2 in front of a wall and face it.
2) Place a stability ball between you and the wall - extend your left arm and lean into it.
1) Move your arm in a clockwise circular motion - still keeping full contact with the palm of your hand.
2) Now, move the arm in an anti clockwise circular motion.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
