Setup instructions

Set up Machine so the cable is at the bottom

Place cuffs around ankles

Stand Facing the machine

Can raise non working foot on a low step

Perform instructions

1) Draw the working leg heel up into the back of the leg

2) Work on max range before increasing the weight

3) Release the weight slowly

4) Repeat on other leg
