Slam Ball Kneeling Overhead Slam

1) Kneel by keeping both shins on the floor - keep your chest up, back flat core tight and head neutral.
2) Hold the ball close to your body.
1) Lift the ball above your head.
2) Push your tailbone back and slam the ball down with force. As the ball leaves your hands, its important to have a straight back.
3) Pick the ball up and return to the starting position.
