Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.

2) Stand in front of the cable with enough distance so the weight stack doesnt rest down during the exercise.

3) Take a split stance so the working side leg is slightly back, hips pointing forward

Perform instructions

1) Grab the handle palm facing in. Draw the elbow down towards the hip bone. Once your elbow reaches end of range (not hand!) that the end of the range for the rep.

2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the shoulder blades together, then slowly reverse the movement to the starting position. (Ensure the weight stack doesnt bang down)

3) Repeat for the required reps
