Seated Bent Over Trunk Twist

1) Sit tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Raise your arms out in front and lift your right leg.
1) Twist your trunk and reach your right hand to your left toe - this will cause your left arm to be pointing to the side.
2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze your core. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side.
