Chair Seated Bicycle Movement Legs

Setup instructions
1) Sit tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Raise both legs off the floor - they should be hovering.
Perform instructions
1) Make large, circular clockwise motions with your legs.
2) Now, make anti-clockwise motions.
