Setup instructions

1) Rest both forearms on the table/surface with the palms facing up - make sure your elbows are securely on the table.

2) Clasp both hands.

Perform instructions

1) Lift both hands towards your shoulders.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
