Suspension Strap Lower Back Stretch

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the suspension strap - it should be a mid length.
2) Take a few back steps (about a foot or two) and lean back slightly - you're aiming for the strap to support you in this position. Keep the elbows tucked into your sides.
1) Keep the body straight and extend your arms - this will bring you closer to the floor.
2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
