Setup instructions

1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, chest up and core tight.

2) Grab the band with an over hand grip.

3) Keep the arms straight and lift the band upwards until they're parallel to the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Extend both arms outwards in opposite directions.

2) Pause for a second at the endpoint. Now, bring your arms back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
