Setup instructions

1) Stand square on towards a wall and extend your arms in front of you - place your finger tips on the wall.

Perform instructions

1) Walk your fingers up the wall and pause at the top. Now, walk your fingers back to the starting position.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
