Basketball Pass & Shoot

1) Stand tall with a slight bend in your knees, chest up and core tight. Bend your elbows and place your hands in front of you.
1) Keep the left leg in place, turn to your right and step out with your right foot (as if someone passed you the ball).
2) Step your foot back in, keep low and jump up (shoot) - land on the balls of your feet.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
